Customer support, billing questions, account recovery, safety reports, and verification questions all go to the same address: support@vaida.app. The team triages email by topic on the receiving end so you do not need to find a different address for each issue.
Email from the address on your Vaida account so we can verify the request quickly. If you've lost access to that email, send us as much detail as you can about the account (display name, last known email, approximate signup date, country) and we will work with you to recover it through identity verification.
What to put in your email
These few details let us resolve almost any request on the first reply rather than a back-and-forth.
- Account email and display name. Send from the email on your account. If you cannot, include enough identifying detail (display name, country, approximate signup date) for us to verify you safely.
- What you tried and what happened. Describe the issue in concrete steps — what you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened. Screenshots help. Error messages and the time of the issue (in your local time, with timezone) help even more.
- Browser and device. Vaida is a web platform — let us know which browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and which device you were on. If a feature works in one browser but not another, that is useful too.
- For safety reports — the other person's profile URL. If you are reporting a member, include the profile URL or display name plus a brief description of what they did. We never share the reporter's identity with the reported account.
Response time
We reply to every email within one business day (Monday through Friday, US & EU business hours). Safety reports involving suspected scam, harassment, or impersonation are escalated and typically handled within hours.
We send and accept email from vaida.app only
All Vaida customer-support correspondence is sent from and received at addresses on the vaida.app domain — usually support@vaida.app or a topic-specific address ending in @vaida.app. We never send support email from a free webmail address (like gmail.com or yahoo.com), from a slightly misspelled domain, or from any other top-level domain.
If you receive a message claiming to be from Vaida support that uses a different domain, do not reply to it. Forward the suspicious message to support@vaida.app and we will confirm whether it is genuinely from us. We will never ask you for your full password, your full credit-card number, or to install software outside the browser.
About Vaida LLC
Vaida is operated by Vaida LLC, a US limited liability company founded in April 2025. The platform itself is web-only — vaida.app runs entirely in your browser, with no native mobile app from us. If you have questions about the company itself, see /about/ or email support@vaida.app.

Is there a phone number for Vaida support?
No. Vaida customer support is email-only at support@vaida.app. Concentrating support in writing lets us track every issue, respond in any language a member writes in, and protect both sides against social-engineering scams that often ride on phone calls.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one business day for normal questions (account, billing, how-to). Safety reports involving suspected scam, harassment, or impersonation are escalated and typically handled within hours, including outside standard business hours.
Can I write to Vaida in a language other than English?
Yes. Our support team handles English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Ukrainian directly, and we machine-translate other languages to triage them and reply via translation. Writing in your own language is fine.
How do I report a member or suspected scammer?
Email support@vaida.app with the member's profile URL or display name and a brief description of what happened. Include screenshots if you have them. We never reveal the reporter's identity to the reported account.
